September Homebrew: Sorcerous Origin - Jade Phoenix Mage
Welcome to this months homebrew! This one is a favorite of mine every since Wizards of the Coast published The Book of Nine Swords. Yes, I will be taking a reprieve of the Magnetism thing for the time being because I am extremely excited to showcase the work we at Critical Game Mastery has put together.
A friend of mine will be playing this class and providing live feedback while I run the Descent into Avernus game.
August Homebrew: Magnetism Pt. 2 - Spells
Welcome back, everyone! This is the second part of our series on Magnetism. I hope you checked out our first article, aptly named Part 1, where I published the Magnetized Condition.
The spells I will be showing you today are built upon this Magnetized Condition. We had a blast preparing and testing these spells out and I hope you do as well.
For now, the spells go from 0 to 5th and there is a total of 10.
July Homebrew: Magnetism Pt. 1 - Magnetized Condition
Hey folks. Dirk here. I’ve been working on making some spells, items and subclasses based around Magnetism. This is partly because Magneto is my favorite X-Men villain and partly because magnets are super cool.
I’m going to be releasing my work in pieces to help keep things organized and coherent, as well as give me the time to properly playtest my work with the groups I play with. This first post is the Magnetized Condition, which is the cornerstone of effectively implementing Magnetism-themed magic and subclasses.
